Pinky Kondlo is the Youth Development Programme Director and a member of the Wilderness Foundation Africa’s Executive Committee (EXCO), where she serves alongside the CEO and Chief Operation’s Officer. She has dedicated more than 12 years of her working career to Social Entrepreneurship causes and her work has focused primarily on delivering successful and sustainable youth empowerment and development models and projects.
Pinky's academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the NMMU Business School, Bachelor of Psychology: Registered Counsellor, Advanced Certificate in business leadership and management as well as various short courses ranging from project management, sustainable development and integrated African leadership and is currently pursuing her PhD.
She is a qualified assessor and moderator and has been a delegate speaker at various national and international conferences and platforms, where she addressed audiences about her passionate involvement in social entrepreneurship causes.
In 2014, Pinky’s work was acknowledged and recognised when she became a finalist in the Business Women’s Association Regional Business Achiever Awards.
Pinky is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Board member of the Mandela Bay Development Agency.
