Ben-Jon Dreyer is currently working on Biodiversity Stewardship and Protected Area Expansion related work for the Wilderness Foundation Africa Northern Cape Land Project in the Succulent Karoo biome. Focus areas are around the Goegap Nature Reserve and Namaqua National Park.
Ben-Jon started his career in conservation in 2005. Since then, he spent two years managing a predator research project for a NGO, and 9 years implementing a variety of ecosystem rehabilitation and ecological monitoring projects within the five Arid Cluster National Parks within the Northern Cape.
Ben-Jon values stewardship of creation, education around the vulnerability of the planet, and achieving biodiversity conservation and sustainable use of resources.
